MUNDUNSA is inviting you to practice your public speaking skills! On February 28, SIB’s very own Model UN delegation is opening their doors of one of their training sessions. In this open training, you will be simulating the House of Representatives in a debate about an issue that is yet to be revealed. Together with our seasoned delegates, you will form a small, fictional, political party in which you debate with and against the rest of the House. In the beginning of the training, your party will prepare your standpoints, tactics and strategies. Accordingly, you will debate about the issue on the agenda and attempt to persuade your fellow MPs about the righteousness of your standpoint(s). Do you have what it takes to convince the House in favour of your policy proposal? Find out on February 28!

The Cultural Society is kicking off 2024 by visiting Foam, Amsterdam’s most important photography museum.

This visit will give us the chance to reflect on art that is situated within a variety of cultural and geopolitical contexts, prompting reflections on a multitude of themes, such as the life of young immigrants following their journey across the Mediterranean, the mysteries behind organized crime investigations, and the power of photography in forging cross-generational connections.
