SIB Amsterdam Diversity & Inclusion Protocol

To foster diversity and improve inclusivity in our student association, the XLI Board of SIB Amsterdam has drafted a Diversity & Inclusion Protocol (DIP). In this protocol, a number of important guiding principles are included, together with concrete plans to realize these principles and channels through which our members can report on violations of these principles. The DIP has been approved by SIB’s members during the last General Meeting on the 13th of December 2021 with a majority of the votes. The XLI Board is determined to realize the principles as formulated in the DIP to make SIB Amsterdam an association that celebrates its diversity and feels like a home to all its members.
